Here we publish the names of persons, organizations, governments and any entities who have participated directly or indirectly, in the mass killing of Igbos, along with the relevant evidence.

Those who commit crimes against humanity cannot hide from justice forever. No country will shield them from the courts of International justice. National boundaries cannot protect them from due justice. Neither rank nor affiliation nor wealth shall immunize them from the consequences of their crimes.

Such crimes include genocide, shooting of civilians by armed forces, state-sponsored killing of civilians and other like heinous atrocities directed against civilians.

It is hoped that the data found here will facilitate the process of bringing to justice in the court of law any and all offenders.
